Pegawai dihadapkan pada pertanyaan yang tidak pernah terjawab : &#8220;kelak dalam periode sekian tahun kedepan posisi jabatan apa yang bias saya raih?&#8221;. Kejelasan  karir seorang pegawai pada sebuah organisasi dijawab dengan cara berpindah dari satu perusahaan ke perusahaan lain. Yang berarti kerugian bagi organisasi itu sendiri karena telah kehilangan  asset-nya yang sangat berharga.</p>

Dalam 10 tahun kemudian ia juga berkiprah sebagai headhunter senior management ketika bekerja di KPMG Consulting dan Coopers &amp; Lybrand.</p>
<p>Ia pernah dipercaya memimpin sebuah group dengan lebih dari 47 anak perusahaan dengan posisi terakhir sebagai Chief Operating Officer yang bertanggungjawab atas annual revenue perusahaan sekitar 100 juta US Dollar.</p>
<p>Dalam 7 tahun terakhir aktif di berbagai pelatihan &amp; seminar bagi lebih dari 18.000 eksekutif. Ia dikenal sebagai trainer yang sangat tajam dalam memberikan debrief, ditambah keluasan wawasannya pada masalah bisnis &amp; perusahaan. Saat ini ia merupakan Managing Partner dari INSpira Consulting.</p>
