Deskripsi
Due diligence  dalam procurement dilakukan  untuk mengetahui dan memastikan kesesuaian apakah vendor  memiliki  sistem, sumberdaya, aspek finansial, aspek legal dan sejumlah kondisi sesuai dengan yang dinyatakan dalam dokumen penawaran. Due diligent dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, antara lain   dengan interview,  observasi kondisi  fisik (site visit atau  supplier visit  untuk mengetahui  kondisi pabrik atau workshop supplier),  investigasi finansial dan  aspek legal.  Dalam pelatihan ini akan dibahas tentang perencanaan due diligent, pelaksanaan dan tindaklanjut dari hasil duediligent. Beberapa contoh kasus juga akan dibahas dalam pelatihan ini.
