LATAR BELAKANG :

Hampir semua jenis industri ditemukan tingkatan-tingkatan untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam proses pembuatan produk atau mesin dan peralatan mulai dari taraf penentuan jenis produk sampai ke taraf perawatan purnajual mesin. Pada tingkatan pembuatan dan perakitan, pemeriksaan kualitas geometrik dilaksanakan pada produk hasil dari salah satu proses produksi untuk mencegah menurunnya mutu karena keluarnya geometrik produk dari batas-batas toleransinya. Hasil pemeriksaan dibandingkan dengan spesifikasi geometrik yang tercantum pada gambar teknik. Pada taraf ini diperlukan penguasaan teknologi yang terkait yaitu metrologi geometrik.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Metrologi Industri atau Geometrik (Industrial Metrology).

SIAPA SEBAIKNYA MENGIKUTI TRAINING INI ? :

Para praktisi tingkat operator, tingkat penyelia atau perencana bidang penjaminan mutu (quality assurance) pada industri manufaktur.

TUJUAN TRAINING :

Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini para peserta diharapkan memiliki pemahaman lebih tentang konsep dasar metrologi industri (geometrik), dan keahlian melakukan pemilihan metoda dan alat ukur yang cocok untuk pengukuran karakteristik geometrik produk.

CAKUPAN MATERI TRAINING :

1.   Konsep dasar metrologi industri.

  • Jenis dan cara pengukuran, konstruksi dan sifat umum alat ukur, kesalahan sewaktu proses pengukuran, dan analisis data pengukuran dengan metoda statistika.

2.   Pengukuran linier langsung.

  • Pengukuran linier langsung: mistar ukur, mistar ingsut/jangka sorong, mikrometer, beberapa jenis mistar ingsut dan mikrometer, dan pengukuran linier tak langsung: gauge block, dial indikator, kaliber, dan praktek pengukuran dengan alat ukur linier.

3.   Pengukuran sudut dan ketegaklurusan.

  • Busur bilah (bevel protractor), alat ukur sinus, batang sinus (sine bar), senter sinus (sine center), dan pengukuran sudut tak langsung dengan alat bantu bola, pemeriksaan ketegaklurusan, alat ukur ketegaklurusan, dan praktek pengukuran sudut dan ketegaklurusan.

4.   Metrologi elemen geometrik ulir.

  • Definisi profil ulir, kesalahan pada profil ulir, toleransi dari ulir, pengukuran elemen geometrik ulir luar: pengukuran diameter mayor ulir luar, pengukuran jarak pits ulir luar, pengukuran diameter pits dengan metoda tiga kawat, pengukuran dengan profile proyektor untuk ukuran ulir kecil, dan praktek pengukuran elemen geometrik ulir.

5.   Metrologi elemen geometrik roda gigi.

  • Profil roda gigi lurus, toleransi roda gigi lurus, pengukuran elemen geometrik roda gigi lurus, pengukuran diameter puncak, pemeriksaan kualitas bahan roda gigi, pemeriksaan kesalahan tebal gigi menggunakan mistar ingsut roda gigi (gear tooth caliper), pemeriksaan kesalahan tebal gigi menggunakan alat bantu rol, dan praktek pengukuran elemen geometrik roda gigi.

6.   Pengukuran kelurusan.

  • Pendatar (spirit level, waterpas), kalibrasi pendatar, penyetelan posisi horizontal meja rata, pengukuran kelurusan meja rata dengan pendatar dengan dudukan dua rol, pengukuran kelurusan meja rata dengan pendatar dengan dudukan autokolimator (metoda pantulan langsung, metoda pemantul sudut (corner mirror), analisis hasil pengukuran kelurusan.

7.   Pengukuran kebulatan.

  • Pengukuran kebulatan sederhana (mikrometer, kaliber ring, mikrometer tiga kaki, blok – V dan jam ukur, dudukan dua senter dan jam ukur), alat ukur kebulatan representatif (dengan meja berputar dan sensor berputar), arti dari grafik pengukuran dan parameter kebulatan, dan praktek pengukuran kebulatan.

8.     Pengukuran kekasaran permukaan.

  • Permukaan dan profil, parameter kekasaran permukaan, harga kekasaran permukaan, pengukuran kekasaran permukaan (pengukuran kekasaran rata-rata aritmetik; Ra, pengukuran kekasaran permukaan maksimum; Rt, penggambaran grafik kekasaran permukaan, analisis grafik kekasaran permukaan)

9.     Kalibrasi alat ukur dimensi.

  • Kalibrasi mistar ingsut skala nonius: pemeriksaan kelurusan sisi sensor, pemeriksaan kebenaran skala utama, dan kalibrasi mikrometer: pemeriksaan kedudukan nol, pemeriksaan kerataan dari muka ukur, pemeriksaan kesejajaran dari muka ukur, pemeriksaan kebenaran skala utama, dan praktek kalibrasi alat ukur linier

was graduated from politeknik  universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence.
