Dalam 10 tahun terakhir ia telah menjadi pembicara di lebih dari 500 forum Training nasional dan internasional. Ia telah menjadi trainer di banyak perusahaan di antaranya Telkom, Telkomsel, Pertamina, PLN, BP Migas, Chevron, Tjiwi Kimia, Unilever, Krakatau Steel, PT. Vale Indonesia, dll. Pengalaman profesional beliau lebih dari 25 tahun, antaranya di Direktorat Logistik PT Telkom (1981 – 1993), Manajer Pengembangan usaha PT Bangtelindo Bandung (1996 – 1997), Managing Director Training Provider and management Consulting) Bandung, Course Director Strategic Forum Expertise Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (sejak 1995), Dosen tetap dibeberapa perguruan tinggi untuk program S1 Jurusan Teknologi Industri (sejak 1993) dan program pasca sarjana (S2) Teknik & Manajemen Industri (sejak 1992).
