PENGANTAR MACHINERY VIBRATION ANALYSIS:

Kursus ini mengulas tentang monitoring getaran serta analisisnya. Konsep-konsep dasar getaran seperti amplitudo, frekuensi, sudut fasa akan dijelaskan dengan ilustrasi menarik. Parameter perpindahan (displacement), kecepatan (velocity) dan percepatan (acceleration) lengkap dengan sensor serta amplifiernya akan dijelaskan. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penjelasan metode pengukuran getaran untuk menghasilkan data yang valid agar dapat dianalisis lebih lanjut. Setelah diperoleh data yang valid, pembahasan dilanjutkan dengan contoh analsis data spektrum sederhana.Setelah itu baru dibahas analisis spectrum data lanjut dengan berbagai contoh studi kasus mulai dari low-speed sampai dengan high speed. Kasus-kasus lain seperti ghost-vibration juga akan dibahas. Setelah itu, peserta diajak untuk melakukan on-site vibration measurement dengan menggunakan alat ukur vibrasi yang dimiliki perusahaan agar sesuai dengan realitas lapangan, pada beberapa mesin yang ada di perusahaan ybs. Setelah itu data yang diperoleh dibawa dianalisis untuk kemudian jika ada masalah peserta diberi pengetahuan tentang tata cara penyelesaian masalah.

 

TUJUAN TRAINING MACHINERY VIBRATION ANALYSIS :

Setelah mengikuti training, peserta dapat melakukan pengaturan parameter vibration analyzer yang otimal, melakukan pengukuran vibrasi dengan benar, mampu menganalis data vibrasi dan mengetahui langkah-langkah yang tepat dalam melakukan pemecahan masalah vibrasi.

Getaran dasar

  1. Sensor getaran: displacement transducer, velocity transducer dan accelerometer
  2. Vibration (Spectrum) Analyzer: FFT, Windowing, Coupling, Antialias filter, averaging, measurement unit, dll
  3. Time waveform analysis
  4. Frequency (spectrum) analysis
  5. Pentingnya history mesin
  6. Resonansi struktur
  7. Kalibrasi sensor vibrasi
  8. Jenis-jenis tampilan grafik: power spectrum, linear spectrum, waterfall diagram

HARI2:    

Pengukuran Vibrasi

  1. Pembuatan Anatomi Mesin
  2. Penentuan Titik dan arah pengukuran, averaging, window, coupling
  3. Pemilihan sensor: displacement, velocity, general accelerometer, low frequency accelerormeter, SPM Sensor
  4. Penentuan frequency resolution yang tepat
  5. Pemasangan sensor
  6. Teknik pengambilan data vibrasi

INSTRUCTOR :

Dr.Ir. Paryana Puspaputra, M.Eng., and Team

Paryana Puspaputra was born in Kotabumi on January 19, 1964, is a Lecturer at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Indonesia Islamic University – Indonesia. Undergraduate from Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia (ITB) in 1990 and master degree in Mechanical Engineering Department of Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan in 1996. He achieved his doctorate degree in Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia (ITB) in 2012. He is also experienced as consultant and training instructure for several manufacturing and oil company, such as Chevron, Total, KPA, Petrokimia, Semen, Indonesia Power, etc. His background in mechanical equipment and machinery is completed with knowledge in instrumentation technology which was started from his final project in undergraduate by making software and data acquisition for predictive maintenance, and continued with his graduate thesis in control system for nano technology. There are researches and industrial implementation in data acquisition such as building the DNC system for production-shop using CNC machine, developing the balancing machine for Panasia Indosyntex – Bandung, SCADA system Development based on Fuji Electric control system (for IPAL – Pertamina – Cilacap, Toxic Gas Monitoring – Dieng – Central Java, etc). Moreover, he is also an official trainer of softwares for design and manufacturing base on CAD/CAM Technology (AutoCAD, Inventor, and Delcam PowerShape, ArtCAM) and familier with some finite element based analysys softwares such as Moldflow, ANSYS, SAP, CAESAR II, etc.
