PENDAHULUAN TRAINING

Untuk menangani mesin dan peralatan produksi yang dimiliki pabrik diperlukan sistem pendukung yang efektif dan efisien mengingat kecanggihan dan harga mesin dan peralatan tersebut. Salah satu pendukung departemen yang mendukung sistem produksi tersebut adalah departemen pemeliharaan. Keterlibatan tim perawatan selain dalam hal kerusakan, perbaikan, dan service, juga sewaktu diadakan instalasi mesin dan peralatan yang baru, pengetesan penerimaan mesin (acceptance test), perawatan preventif, dan rekalibrasi mesin.

Perencanaan perawatan sebagai proses pemilihan informasi dan pembuatan asumsi mengenai keadaan di masa yang akan datang guna mengembangkan lintasan kegiatan perawatan, reparasi, dan pekerjaan overhaul. Penjadwalan dalam perawatan adalah penjadwalan dalam sistem kerja perawatan merupakan rencana kerja yang tersusun dan saling terkait satu sama lainnya dengan berbasis waktu guna mengefektifkan kerja, sehingga akan diperoleh hasil yang baik berdampak pada laju produktivitas.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Perencanaan dan Penjadwalan Perawatan.

MATERI TRAINING MAINTENANCE PLANNING AND SCHEDULING

1.    Basic maintenance

  • Pengertian, tujuan, dan perkembangan perawatan, kerusakan dan sumber utama kerusakan, pola kerusakan mesin dan pencegahannya, dampak adanya perawatan, dan fungsi teknologi dalam perawatan.

2.    Maintenance planning

  • Definisi dan faktor-faktor penunjang, kendala yang muncul, langkah-langkah penyusunan, dan kebijakan perencanaan perawatan, klasifikasi, persiapan, dan prinsip perencanaan perawatan, tahapan perencanaan pekerjaan perawatan, perencanaan tenaga kerja perawatan, diagram alir pekerjaan perawatan, dan standar perencanaan perawatan.

3.    Maintenance scheduling

  • Pengertian, tujuan, dan prinsip dasar penjadwalan, pengelompokkan penjadwalan perawatan, dan dasar penjadwalan pekerjaan perawatan.

4.    Measuring performance

  • Kategori dasar pengukuran unjuk kerja kegiatan perawatan, konsep perawatan sebagai proses bisnis, hasil perawatan total, organisasi perawatan, efisiensi kerja perawatan, dan mengukur efektivitas fasilitas.

5.    Role and responsibilities of maintenance planner

  • Peran, syarat-syarat, tugas dan tanggung jawab, serta tugas sekunder perencana perawatan,

6.    Maintenance support system

  • Tugas pendukung perencanaan perawatan, standarisasi kegiatan perawatan, peralatan dan suku cadang, strategi, jenis ongkos, dan model penggantian peralatan, dan fungsi manajemen material dan pembelian.

7.    Maintenance program

  • Tujuan dan sasaran program perawatan, pengelompokkan program perawatan, perkiraan kondisi peralatan, pemeriksaan dan pengujian perawatan.

8.    Maintenance cost

  • Lingkup biaya perawatan, klasifikasi biaya perawatan, sudut pandang pengurangan biaya perawatan, tindakan pengurangan biaya perawatan, aspek penyusunan biaya perawatan, pertimbangan penyusunan biaya perawatan, estimasi biaya dan penyusunan anggaran perawatan, dan perhitungan biaya perawatan total.

9.    Documentation of maintenance

  • Standarisasi dokumen perawatan, penilaian kualitas pendokumentasian perawatan, skema pembuatan dokumentasi perawatan, dokumentasi perawatan dengan aplikasi komputer.

Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence.
