PENDAHULUAN :

Alat penukar panas (heat exchanger) merupakan suatu alat yang sangat penting dalam proses pertukaran panas. Alat tersebut berfungsi untuk memindahkan panas antara dua fluida yang berbeda temperatur dan dipisahkan oleh suatu sekat pemisah atau alat untuk memindahkan panas dari suatu fluida ke fluida yang lain. Penentuan kinerja alat penukar kalor yang melibatkan banyak perhitungan matematika telah disederhanakan dalam bentuk diagram alir.

Parameter kinerja  penukar kalor ditentukan oleh neraca panas, rasio viskositas dan dinding buluh, Log Mean Temperature Difference (LMTD) dan temperatur kalorik, heat transfer dan faktor pengotor, Bilangan Reynold, penurunan tekanan, Bilangan Prandtl dan koefesien perpindahan panas, dan unjuk kerja alat penukar kalor.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Operasi dan Perawatan Alat Penukar Panas.

TRAINING TRAINING :

Training ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis dan fungsi Heat Exchanger, melakukan Pengoperasian dan Perawatan Heat Exchager, memprediksi penyebab gangguan dan akibatnya terhadap Heat Exchanger, dan mengatasi gangguan operasi dari Heat Exchanger.

1.    Hakekat dan Manfaat Penukar Kalor

  • Jenis dan klasifikasi Penukar Kalor
  • Teknik penggunaan dan perpindahan panas
  • Bentuk dan kapasitas Penukar Kalor

2.    Teknik Penggunaan dan Pengoperasian Penukar Kalor

  • Penggunaan Penukar Kalor sebagai Evaporator
  • Penggunaan Penukar Kalor sebagai Kondensor
  • Penggunaan Penukar Kalor sebagai Radiator
  • Penggunaan Penukar Kalor sebagai Kolektor (Pengumpul)

3.    Perawatan Penukar Kalor

  • Sebab dan akibat pengotoran pada penukar kalor
  • Sebab dan akibat beban lebih pada penukar kalor
  • Sebab dan akibat penggunaan zat kimia pada fluida kerja terhadap material Penukar Kalor.

SUGENG ISDWIYANUDI, Ir. MT. And Team

was graduated from politeknik  universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence. In campus he has many experiences e.g.: as head of Laboratory industrial Metrology POLBAN, as head of Laboratory Metrology POLBAN, as director SPMU TPSDP POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), director assistant administration and finance SPMU TPSDP POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), head of production research group POLBAN, head of department mechanical engineering P4D, department secretary of mechanical department P4D, head of Laboratory Pneumatics and Hydrolics P4D. He invites industrial participants to share and discuss in his training class.
