PENDAHULUAN :

Mesin industri memiliki tingkat kritis yang sangat tinggi dalam pemakaiannya di industri. Bagi perawat mesin-mesin industri yang tidak tanggap dan tidak ahli, kerusakan yang kecil pun bisa menjadi sumber frustasi dan mungkin pula dapat menambah parahnya kerusakan.. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan tim perawat yang ahli. Teknik perawatan untuk mendeteksi sedini mungkin terhadap gejala kerusakan mesin industri dengan penekanan terhadap biaya dapat diterapkan predictive maintenance.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Predictive Maintenance.

 

MANFAAT YANG DIPEROLEH :

Membekali peserta tentang wawasan dan pegetahuan predictive maintenance mesin dan peralatan merupakan strategi perawatan dengan pelaksanaan yang didasarkan kondisi mesin itu sendiri atau berdasarkan kondisi (condition based maintenance) dan monitoring kondisi mesin (machinery condition monitoring) sebagai penentuan kondisi mesin dengan cara memeriksa mesin secara rutin sehingga dapat diketahui keandalan mesin serta keselamatan kerja terjamin.

CAKUPAN MATERI TRAINING :
1.    Konsep dasar maintenance

  • pengertian, tujuan, dan perkembangan perawatan, strategi dan jenis kebijakan maintenance, penggolongan kegiatan maintenance, dan fungsi teknologi dalam perawatan,

2.    Konsep predictive maintenance

  • tujuan dan teknik predictive maintenance, kerusakan dan sumber utama kerusakan, pola kerusakan mesin dan pencegahannya.

3.    Teknik monitoring kondisi mesin

  • Tingkat kritis mesin, metoda monitoring kondisi mesin, metoda analisis kerusakan mesin, pemilihan metoda monitoring.

4.    Monitoring minyak pelumas

  • prinsip dasar sistem pelumasan, karakteristik minyak pelumas, standar pemakaian minyak pelumas, jenis dan dasar pemilihan minyak pelumas, kontaminan minyak pelumas, efek kontaminan, pemerikasaan minyak pelumas, pengujian viskositas, monitoring kuantifier partikel, pengujian ferografi, pengujian jumlah partikel, pengujian spektrometri, pengetesan angka kebasaan, pengetesan gelembung.

5.    Monitroing getaran mesin

  • dasar-dasar dan karakteristik getaran, unit pengukuran, parameter getaran, pemilihan parameter pengukuran getaran, alat ukur getaran, titik dan arah pengukuran getaran, batas-batas getaran yang diijinkan, dan interprestasi dan analisis getaran.

6.    Monitroing alignment

  • ketidaksatusumbuan, jenis-jenis ketidaksatusumbuan, teknik pengukuran misalignment.
