PENDAHULUAN :

Safety merupakan suatu kondisi bebas dari cedera atau bahaya atau suatu perasaan takut akan terjadi kecelakaan, cedera maupun resiko bahaya. Health merupakan suatu kondisi sehat secara fisik maupun mental ataupun sosial. Environment Suatu keadaan sekeliling tempat kerja/organisasi/perusahaan beroperasi. Tujuan dari HES adalah untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat, aman, sejahtera dan produktif serta penyerasian lingkungan di dalam maupun di sekitar organisasi. Sistem manajemen HES yang menunjang keberhasilan usaha manufaktur adalah berbasis PDCA (plant, do, check, dan action).

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Production System Safety.

1.   Konsep dasar production system safety.

  • Pengertian, tujuan program HES, sistem produksi dan siklus fungsi produksi, faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan kerja, sistem manajemen HES dan tujuannya, dasar hukum sistem manajemen HES.

2.   Elemen dasar sistem manajemen HES berbasis ISO.

  • Pembangunan dan pemeliharaan komitmen
  • Strategi pendokumentasian
  • Peninjauan ulang rancangan (design) dan kontrak
  • Pengendalian dokumen
  • Pembelian
  • Keamanan bekerja berdasarkan SMK3
  • Standar pemantauan
  • Pemantauan dan perbaikan kekurangan
  • Pengelolaan material dan pemindahannya
  • Pengumpulan dan penggunaan data
  • Pemeriksaan sistem manajemen
  • Pengembangan keterampilan dan kemampuan

4.   Peraturan perundangan sistem manajemen HES

  • Dasar hukum, Undang-undang 13/2003, UU NO. 14 Tahun 1969 tentang pokok mengenai tenaga kerja, UU NO.1 Tahun 1970 tentang keselamatan kerja, UU NO. 23 Tahun 1992 tentang kesehatan, PERMENNAKER 05/MEN/1996 tentang sistem manajemen K3, PERMENNAKER NO. PER-04/MEN/1987 tentang panitia pembina keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta tata cara penunjukan ahli keselamatan kerja, PERMEN 02/M/1992 tentang tata cara penunjukkan, kewajiban dan wewenang ahli K3.

SUGENG ISDWIYANUDI, Ir. MT. And Team

was graduated from politeknik  universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence. In campus he has many experiences e.g.: as head of Laboratory industrial Metrology POLBAN, as head of Laboratory Metrology POLBAN, as director SPMU TPSDP POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), director assistant administration and finance SPMU TPSDP POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), head of production research group POLBAN, head of department mechanical engineering P4D, department secretary of mechanical department P4D, head of Laboratory Pneumatics and Hydrolics P4D. He invites industrial participants to share and discuss in his training class.
