DESKRIPSI TRAINING PROJECT FINANCING

Project Financing merupakan pembiayaan infrastruktur jangka panjang dan proyek-proyek industry berdasarkan arus kas yang diproyeksikan dari proyek. Biasanya, struktur pembiayaan proyek melibatkan sejumlah investor yang dikenal sebagai sponsor, serta sindikat bank atau lembaga pemberi pinjaman lainnya yang memberikan pinjaman kepada operasional proyek. Pembiayaan biasanya dijamin dengan seluruh asset proyek, termasuk kontrak menghasilkan pendapatan. Penyusunan pendanaan pada proyek berdasarkan arus kas merupakan pekerjaan yang membutuhkan perencanaan dan ketelitian. Pekerjaan ini tidak bisa sembarangan karena menyangkut kehidupan proyek.
