DESCRIPTION & OBJECTIVE

As every property is unique, the valuation of property presents many challenges and has a strong influence on the financial viability of both existing buildings and the development process. General models for valuing commercial property, industrial property and land will be introduced.

The goals of this course are to provide students with an introduction to the techniques employed when preparing a commercial investment based property valuation. It will also provide background knowledge to enable sound and prudent decisions when dealing with property

Thoriq A. Ghuzdewan, Ir, M.C.E
Meyelesaikan gelar Master Civil Engineering dari University of Southern California, AS. Saat ini tercatat sebagai tenaga ahli di departemen Civil and Environmental Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada. Bidang keahliannya antara lain Management Proyek, Metode Konstruksi dan perkuatan, Perencanaan Anggaran Biaya dan Contractor Development. Aktif dalam kepengurusan pada berbagai asosiasi konstruksi di Indonesia, a.l LPJKD, IAI dan PII. Technician, Engineer, Supervisor (Civil and Mechanical) Berpengalaman dalam penanganan dan pengelolaan gedung dan manajemen proyek di berbagai instansi.


METODE
Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode interaktif, dimana peserta dikenalkan kepada konsep, diberikan contoh aplikasinya, berlatih menggunakan konsep, mendiskusikan proses dan hasil latihan, studi kasus, dan evaluasi.
