PENGANTAR
Sistem remunerasi merupakan hal yang krusial dalam konteks pengelolaan SDM. Selain merupakan hal yang sensitif, kesalahan dalam mengelola remunerasi perusahaan dapat mengakibatkan gejolak di internal perusahaan.
