PENGANTAR
Sistem remunerasi merupakan hal yang krusial dalam konteks pengelolaan SDM. Selain merupakan hal yang sensitif, kesalahan dalam mengelola remunerasi perusahaan dapat mengakibatkan gejolak di internal perusahaan. Sistem remunerasi perlu disusun dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa hal: internal equity, external competitive, dan sejalan dengan arah dan strategi bisnis perusahaan. Remuneration Analyst Program(RAP) ditujukan bagi penanggung jawab remunerasi agar memiliki pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam mengelola remunerasi di tempat tugasnya.

Tempo Inti Media (majalah dan koran Tempo), Adidas Indonesia, Dirjen Perbendaharaan – Depkeu, PT. Ultrajaya dan lain-lain.
Saat ini, selain sedang menyelesaikan pendidikan sebagai kandidat Doktoral (S3) di Universitas Indonesia dan memimpin sebuah konsultan manajemen SDM berafiliasi Internasional, Heru aktif sebagai Ketua BPP HIPMI Kompartemen Business Ethics & GCG. Telah menulis buku tentang Kepemimpinan Sosial di tahun 2008, Heru belakangan sedang menulis buku tentang prinsip-prinsip psikologi dalam konteks pengaruh dan bujukan.
