<p style="text-align: justify;">Setiap  pimpinan departemen/divisi pada dasarnya dituntut untuk mampu memahami  bagaimana pengelolaan SDM dalam area yang dipimpinnya dapat berjalan dengan  baik.  Jika pengelolaan SDM sudah  ditangani dengan baik, maka tujuan atau target departemen/divisi akan relatif  lebih mudah terealisasi.
