Materi bahasan:

  1. Service excellence awareness, semangat membantu/melayani, Introduction: citra professional, pentingnya teknik dan etiket bertelepon yang baik.
  2. Professional telephone conversation:
    • Sikap positif terhadap pelanggan.
    • Active listening, asking the questions: Menangkap maksud/pertanyaan yang diajukan pelanggan, menanyakan maksud/kebutuhan pelanggan dengan baik.
    • Communications skill: Menjawab pertanyaan dan memberi informasi dengan tepat, jelas dan sopan, dengan suara dan pilihan kata yang baik.
    • Assertiveness
  3. Telephone technique and courtesy: Menerima, mentransfer telepon, menelepon pelanggan, etiket bertelepon.
  4. Handling complaint via telephone: Menerima keluhan, menghadapi sikap agresif, mengatasi situasi sulit.

 

Siapa yang harus hadir :
Customer service officer, petugas call center,Telemarketing dan karyawan bagian lain yang banyak melayani pelanggan melalui telepon.
