Pendahuluan Workshop Logistics Management

Pengelolaan logistik (Logistics Management) atau yang dikenal dengan sebutan siklus logistik yang terdiri dari perencanaan kebutuhan dan penganggaran; pengadaan; penggunaan; pemanfaatan; pengamanan dan pemeliharaan; penilaian; penghapusan; pemindahtanganan; penatausahaan; pembinaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian merupakan rangkaian kegiatan yang wajib dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan dengan tujuan agar dukungan logistik dapat berjalan efektif dan efisien.

Agar pelaksanaan pengelolaan logistik (Logistics Management) dapat diselenggarakan secara profesional, transparan, dan akuntabel di lingkungan Perusahaan atau Industri di Indonesia maka diperlukan penerapan manajemen logistik (Logistics Management) oleh seluruh Manajemen pengemban tugas fungsi.

 

Tujuan Workshop Logistics Management

  1. Agar mampu menyediakan logistik yang siap pakai (ready for use) ke unit-unit kerja maupun personel sehingga menjamin kelangsungan aktivitas maupun tugas setiap unit kerja maupun personel dalam suatu organisasi melalui penyelenggaraan pengelolaan gudang dan distribusi secara optimal.
  2. Agar mampu menjaga dan mempertahankan kondisi teknis, daya guna dan daya hasil logistik, baik secara preventif maupun represif secara optimal guna mendukung optimalisasi fungsional maupun umur barang.
  3. Agar mampu melakukan pengakhiran fungsi logistik dengan pertimbangan-pertimbangan dan argumentasi-argumentasi yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan guna mendukung kelancaran pelaksanaan aktivitas maupun tugas, serta mencegah tindakan pemborosan.
  4. Agar mampu mencegah dan mengambil tindakan antisipatif terhadap berbagai penyimpangan dalam setiap kegiatan pengelolaan maupun penggunaan logistik sehingga selain dapat menekan pengeluaran biaya, baik berkaitan dengan finansial, tenaga, waktu, material, maupun pikiran, juga mendukung kelancaran pelaksanaan aktivitas dan tugas dalam organisasi.
  5. Agar mampu menyediakan pedoman kerja bagi setiap unit kerja maupun personel sehingga setiap unit kerja maupun personel dapat menjalankan aktivitas maupun tugasnya secara optimal.
  6. Agar mampu membangun budaya penggunaan logistik secara bertanggung jawab oleh para pegawai di lingkungan organisasi sehingga dapat dicegah dan dihindarkan tindakan penyimpangan maupun pemborosan.

Selama 2 hari Pelatihan ini akan mengupas secara tuntas Logistic Management, Peserta di harapkan mampu memahami dan menerapkannya di dalam perusahaan
