Dr. Ir. Ian Josef Matheus Edward, MT adalah praktisi IT semenjak tahun 1993, seorang dosen Teknik Elektro ITB yang menamatkan gelar Doktornya di Manajemen Telekomunikasi Teknik Elektro Universitas Indonesia. Beliau juga seorang Project Manager riset bersama pengembangan system radio non line of sight untuk daerah rural RDC Telkom, Project Manager Konsultasi radio Trunking untuk Oil Company, Team Wind Energy, Telemetry and Telecommunication Systems – International Project, Dubai dan India juga Team Telecommunication System Project Laos. Beliau adalah penanggung jawab pelatihan IT Untuk Pertamina, Bank Indonesia, BRI dan Exelcomindo.
