• Legal Review Skills, meningkatkan kemampuan dalam menganalisis dan mengevaluasi existing contracts dan draf kontrak dengan mitra bisnis
• Corporate Legal Aspects, secara spesifik membahas penyelenggaraan RUPS yang comply terhadap UU Perseroan Terbatas, antara lain mencakup: persiapan RUPS, practical legal documents, qourum, dan voting rights.
