TRAINING GOALS

1. Understand fundamental of rotating equipments (pump, compressor, steam turbine, gas turbine)
2. Understand the basic construction of rotating equipment (pump, compressor, steam turbine, gas turbine)
3. Failure and troubleshooting on rotating equipment
4. Describe the vibration on rotating equipment
5. Fundamental Preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance

 

ROTATING EQUIPMENTS MATERIAL OUTLINE

1. Introduction to rotating equipments
2. Basic design construction of rotating equipments
3. Lubricating the rotating equipments
4. Introduction to vibration monitoring
5. Operation and maintenance optimizing (by preventive, restoration and predictive) introduction to management maintenance by total productive maintenance and reliability centered maintenance)
6. Failure and trouble shooting on rotating equipments
7. Vibration on pump and compressor and/or participants bring related case problems from operation to discuss in course.

Ir. SYAHBARDIA, MT.  alumni dari teknik mesin Institut teknologi Bandung, ITB (sarjana), dan teknik material ITB untuk program magister. Beliau pernah menjadi dosen di Politeknik ITB/POLBAN dan sekarang Beliau menjadi dosen di jurusan teknik di universitas Pasundan, Bandung. Beliau memiliki pengalaman lapangan praktis sebagai mechanical engineer ketika beliau bekerja, seperti di IPTN, PINDAD, dan PAL. Ir. Syahbardia,MT. sudah sering menjadi instruktur di training-training industri untuk perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia.
