DESCRIPTION

Corporate Governance course is designed to provide delegates with the ability to actively develop modern policy and practice in their department/area of responsibility. Delegates will discuss, analyse and evaluate key elements of modern governance using interactive techniques and case studies from Africa, Asia and Europe. It will provide ideas to stimulate improvement of economy, efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace and will examine means of developing staff into high performing teams.
