DESCRIPTION

The concept of Good Governance covers not just the aspects of efficiency, effectiveness and accountability in operations, but also looks at meeting the targets of Corporate Social Responsibility at a standard that is acceptable globally. This course brings to the fore the practicalities of managing the concepts of good governance in achieving an appreciable level of social welfare.
