Course Description :

Techniques and disciplines for successful management of IT projects.  Planning, scheduling, tracking, cost and size estimation, configuration management and version control.  Benefits and pitfalls of both conventional and emerging technologies and methodologies.


OBJECTIVES:

Participants who successfully completes this course will :
